All software, proprietary algorithms, data visualization interfaces, and analytical models provided by IndigoFlow Analytics are the exclusive property of IndigoFlow. Users are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the tools as intended for personal or internal business analysis.
3. Software Usage & Reliability
While IndigoFlow strives for 99.9% uptime and high-precision data delivery, analytical tools are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or that data feeds will be instantaneous at all times due to third-party provider latencies.
4. Limitation of Liability
IndigoFlow Analytics, its directors, and employees shall not be liable for any financial losses, lost profits, or data corruption resulting from the use or inability to use our services. Trading in financial markets carries inherent risks that the user assumes entirely.
